Biography
Paschalis Paschos was qualified at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece in 2002 and was trained in Gastroenterology at AHEPA University Hospital of Thessaloniki, Greece (2010-2014). In 2009, he earned his MSc degree in Medical Research Methodology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Since 2012 he has been working as a research fellow at Clinical Research & Evidence Medicine Unit, Aristotle University Thessaloniki. He participates as tutor in undergraduate and postgraduate courses of Evidence-Based Medicine. He has participated in the Greek translation of Evidence-Based Medicine, How to practice and teach EBM, 3rd Edition. He has co-authored several peer-reviewed articles and one book chapter. His main research interests include evidence synthesis of healthcare interventions (systematic reviews and meta-analyses) and diagnostic test accuracy studies. Currently, he is carrying out a network meta-analysis as PhD candidate in the field of Gastroenterology.
